    Hi,

That sounds like a internet connection or server problem to me, did you try with other devices in the same network and at same time?

    Best regards,

    Hi,

I’m not sure we have Huawei phone to test with unfortunately. The error you are getting is a server message though so I don’t think it’s because of the phone you are getting it, are you running any security plugins on the site or on the server?

    Best regards,

    Hello,
well I’m using “wordfence” on the website. As far as server, I dont know. But you think is a server thing? It’s funny because it only happens with Huawei phones…

thank you very much for your time, I’m gonna try to solve it with the server guys…
    thanks,

and keep up the good work – LOVE to work with enfold…

    Hi,

Ok, thanks for the feedback. Could you try disabling WordFence to see if the problem goes away?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
