    Hallo Ulli,

    You have added codes to the site using a plugin, the plugin has since then been removed but the codes are still there, is that correct?

    You can use (Email address hidden if logged out) , just remember to post the login details here in private so that they are available to all moderators.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, but it’s difficult for us to help you if we don’t even know which plugin you have used. Did you try clearing the cache from your optimisation plugin for instance?

    You can download the fonts in question and upload to your server, then you can import the fonts with CSS for example. There is code for that on the Google fonts page.

    Thanks for the update. This is past the scope of what we help with in theme support, it really has nothing to do with the theme at all. We can have a quick look though, but the theme editor is not active on your installation. Please activate it or post FTP login details as well in private.

    Thank you for the update.

    We managed to access the raidbox account and it looked like an SFTP account has already been created for the vervoorts site, but the login info is not displaying for the account that we used or the one that is provided above.

    We got access to the file server, but the current account doesn’t have any write permissions, so we couldn’t edit the files. Please ask the raidboxes support to help you generate a new account with the correct read/write permissions.

    If you want to enable the Appearance > Editor panel, edit the wp-config.php file and set the DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT constant to false.

    We can’t find the code anywhere in the site and the Google Analytics tracking ID is not included in the source code, which means that the GA script is disabled. If you deleted the plugin, then the code is probably gone as well. How do you know that the code is still active?
