    I have setup woocommerce with Enfold and all seems to be working okay except setting up any variations for products if I go to attributes and try and add a custom attribute I can’t access any fields beyond this it wont let me put a cursor in to setup the attribute terms. So I tried deactivating all plugins and the problem was still there so I switched the theme to twenty thirteen and it worked again. Seems to be only an issue when Enfold is the selected theme.

    Hey greenlinkweb!

    We would like to take a closer look please create a temporary user with ‘administrator’ role and share in private content with permission to deactivate all plugins and add custom code if necessary to help you resolve this issue.

    Hi Vinnie,

    Apologies for delay sure I have setup an admin user will put details in private content. So the attributes to products isn’t working for woocommerce and also in the editor for any pages/posts/products I cannot add an envira gallery or album by clicking on the buttons next to the add media button but if I switch the theme back to twentythirteen or one of the default wordpress ones the buttons work and the product attributes work.

    for some reason when I add the password in the private content it adds the http:// and makes it a link :)

    Hey!

    It seems there is a conflict with some plugin, because for testing a switched to default theme and still it was not working.
    Can u please disable all the plugins and give it a try again?

    Hi Basilis,

    Not sure what you mean for me if I switch the theme to the only default wordpress one I have still installed on the site the functionality of the woocommerce product attributes and variations works for me and the add gallery and add album buttons in the WYSIWYG editor work also.

    Im confident its not a plugin issue as I have been through and turned off each plugin and they haven’t fixed the issues.

    I have noticed the theme is throwing a javascript error in the admin as follows…

    avia.js?ver=2:595 Uncaught TypeError: $.avia_utilities.supports is not a function

    ah just figured it out there was a avia.js in my child theme and it was causing the issues! when I took this out the errors seemed to disappear.
