as soon as I try to register a new account on earthmotherporject.com – both with the safari browser that looks like I have to enable javascript and cookies, but I’ve already checked – both browsers are activated – what can it depend on?

Hi,

Thank you for the update.

Did you enable Varnish cache in your installation? According to the following thread, Varnish cache filters out cookies that are required for user login and registration.

You can try the suggested snippet in the wp-config.php file to fix the issue.
```
 define('COOKIE_DOMAIN', $_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'] );
```

Hi,

Thank you for the update.

Have you tried setting the Enfold > Privacy & Cookies > Default Cookie Behavior to the first option? It might not be directly related to the issue, but it will automatically store the required cookie for many services in the site.

You should also ask the plugin author for additional assistance because we are not familiar with their plugin. Any insights from them would help.

Is it working properly when a default theme is activated?

Is it working properly when the Varnish plugin is disabled? Unfortunately, we are not really sure what’s causing that issue, so additional info from the plugin developers will really help. Please try to contact them when you have the time.

I am pretty sure Ismael meant plugin authors/developers. I logged into your site to check which plugin it is but could not find “Varnish plugin”.
