Hi,
I installed on my blogsite Optimizepress Plugin and I have problems with the live editor.
I contacted the Optimizepress staff and this is their answer.“We have tested your site with a default WordPress theme activated. We do this for a few seconds just to test the issue and whether it is being caused by any external theme installed on your site. We have found that when a default WordPress theme is active, this issue no longer occurs with the text element.
This means something in your theme (Enfold Child) is rendering some code to WordPress which is affecting the functionality of OptimizePress.
Unfortunately, in cases like this I’m afraid there isn’t anything further we can do from our side to help with this issue – where issues are caused by third-party theme code we ask that you contact the theme author as for further help (they are best placed to help as they know their code better than we do). You can demonstrate to them that if they switch your site to a default WordPress theme (e.g. Twenty Sixteen) you can see the issue is no longer present.
These issues normally occur because the theme developer has not properly enqueued (loaded) theme scripts or javascripts into WordPress in the standards compliant way which means we cannot block them from rendering in the LiveEditor and affecting our editor.”
I have to fix the problem as soon as possible because I have to create a landing page for an ebook.
Thanks

Sorry for the late reply!
Login credentials are not working for me. Could you please check them once again?
Best regards,

I follow this path:
optimizepress – support – disable styles and script – theme styles and script.
I disable JS for published pages and live editor. Now live editor works fine and I haven’t problem with my website.
Do you think I did well? Thanks

June 7, 2017 at 4:42 pm #805150Hi,
Yes, that sounds great.
You could also try to revert those changes and add following near top of wp-config.php file which is in the root of your WordPress installation via FTPdefine('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);
and check if that helps. If it does not, your current solution is fine.
Best regards,
