Hi, Love Enfold and have written a glowing review on it. Really don’t know why people use other themes when this has so much flexibility!
I have two issues regarding mobile view I haven’t been able to resolve:
1) I’ve searched many threads and have seen quick css code snippets to fix the entypo fontello icon that should be inside the mobile menu square, but none are working in my case. The website is http://www.kelleylattaministries.com.
2) On my client’s iPhone, the home page automatically is showing the navigation first and then just the burgundy/brown area where the logo should be, but no logo is present. But, everything looks fine on my iPhone. Thoughts? Here are screenshots:

June 23, 2016 at 7:16 am #652519We were able to figure out issue #2. It was a cache issue and clearing cache resolved it. Still need help on #1 with the mobile menu icon.
June 24, 2016 at 5:51 pm #653109Hi,
normally it should work with this code:
.avia_desktop #advanced_menu_toggle:hover, .avia_desktop #advanced_menu_hide:hover {
color: black !important;
}
But somehow it doesn’t seem to work in your case. Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.If that does not help please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Best regards,

Sorry for the slow response – didn’t see any reply come through email as requested. Anyhow, I had tried disabling the plug ins prior to contacting you and the team. I also tried it again today. Still doesn’t appear. I’m providing login information privately. You have permission to deactivate plugins.
July 9, 2016 at 3:42 am #658684Hi,
The data-av_icon attribute value of the mobile menu container is missing. I noticed this error in the console:
http://kelleylattaministries.org/avada/skin.css Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
Do you remember installing any script or plugin regarding that file?
Best regards,
IsmaelAugust 4, 2016 at 9:26 pm #668742Hi Ismael,
Again, sorry for the delayed response as no email notification came through. Avada was the theme we moved from, so are you asking if Avada files were deleted and thus the data-v_icon attribute? Do I need to restore something? Thank you!

Login credentials did not work for me. Can you please check them once again?
Best regards,
YigitAugust 9, 2016 at 3:57 pm #670367Should work now. Sorry Yigit.
August 9, 2016 at 4:25 pm #670384Hi!
Can you please try updating the theme to the latest version 3.7.1 via FTP and overwrite all files – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/?
Regards,
YigitAugust 10, 2016 at 1:28 am #670563OK, did that. No change in the icon though.
August 12, 2016 at 9:50 pm #672081Hi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
