Hello Guys,
I have used the css from the thread here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/disable-captions-in-masonry-tiles-on-tablet/
to try to hide the masonry excerpt only on tablet and mobile views. However, this causes the following problem:1. The masonry images do not display on initial load when in landscape mode. I have to turn to portrait and then
back to landscape to view the image.
2. The titles and excerpt are still shown even though I used the code in the thread mentioned above.3. It seems to take a very long time for the masonry grid to load, 3 – 4 times longer than on a desktop.
The device I am testing on is a samsung galaxy tab 10.1
Thanks – Andrew
July 14, 2015 at 9:55 am #472929Hi!
Can you post a link to the page containing the masonry?
Cheers!
JosueJuly 14, 2015 at 10:37 am #472963Here you go (see below)
On a different note, is there any way for the masonry to load without the user scrolling down the page?

July 17, 2015 at 1:16 am #474632Hi!
Actually, that fix could solve your problem. It will load the masonry images on page load without having to scroll down. Please remove browser cache before testing the page.

IsmaelJuly 17, 2015 at 9:54 am #474756Can someone ‘please’ read the post from the start. No-one seems to be mentioning or addressing the main reason I opened this ticket is related to masonry on mobile. So, I’ll ask again, please don’t just scan this ticket, read the first post.

JosueJuly 17, 2015 at 10:04 pm #475163Hello Josue,
Thanks for the reply. Did you try it in landscape mode? By the way, its not an iPad (just saw that in the tag) it’s a samsung galaxy tab.
Thanks – Andrew
July 20, 2015 at 9:08 am #475630Hey Andrew,
Try moving the code to the very start of Quick CSS.
