    I need an urgent solution!! A few days ago a message apacere “An update is available for LayerSlider WP !
    You have version 5.5.0 . The latest version is 5.6.2 . “Since then not work Layerslider or sliders work. The website says they do not layerslider updated versions that are included in Themes.You not updated. What should I do? My web for days that does not work well because of this.Thanks

    Which version of the theme are you using? Please make sure to use the latest version 3.3.2 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    My theme version is 3.3.2 . That’s not a solution.

    Layerslider messages are:

    “An update is available for LayerSlider WP!
    You have version 5.5.0. The latest version is 5.6.2.”
    “You can find your purchase code by selecting the License Certificate option under LayerSlider’s Download button on your CodeCanyon Downloads page.

    It seems you’ve received LayerSlider by a theme. Please note that the auto-update feature only works if you’ve purchased the plugin directly from us on CodeCanyon.”

    Hey!

    Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
    If not, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into it.

    Hey!

    We have not received such report from other users so my understanding is it is specific to your installation. We firstly test the latest version of LayerSlider with Enfold and then include it with each Enfold update.

    As i suggested before, please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.

    Also, we login to tens of WP dashboards everyday for years :) If you still do not trust us, you can refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and create a testing environment so we can try to troubleshoot the issue there.

    You can use (Email address hidden if logged out) as email address but please post login credentials here privately so any available moderator can look into it.

    Already solved. there is an incompatibility with the last update of plugin “Rating-Widget: Star Review System”
