    Hi,

My site i still not functioning properly after upgrading to WordPress 4.5 and updating the theme to 3.5.2. I have also manually updated the avia.js file but I am not having any luck. I have also tried disabling plugins without any luck.

Can you please take a look and see if you can find the issue?

    Thanks!

    Hey wowzers3888!

The site looks good on my end please see screenshot attached. Please hard reload and empty browser cache and review the site again.
To do a hard refresh… First press F12 to open the Chrome Dev Tools then hold down Ctrl and click on the Reload button.

    Cheers!

Thanks for your quick reply. I tried the hard refresh, but still no luck. You are seeing the correct elements come up, but I am still not getting the video background or icon animations. I tried another computer as well with no luck. In the dev tools console, I am getting this error:

jquery.js?ver=1.12.3:1 Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: .main_menu .menu li > a[href*=#]

    Any input?

    Thanks

    Hey!

We checked for that errors in console the first time and there were no errors except some URL’s being blocked. And we checked your site again in FF and IE just to make sure… The video elements and animation works fine.

I think you are still seeing the cached version. Try the site on your mobile or any other device and let us know.

    Cheers!

    Hi Vinay,

I appreciate you checking again. Unfortunately, I have checked on multiple devices and I am coming up with the same issues. Anything else you can think to try?

    I appreciate your help!

    Hi!

I can confirm that they show up fine on my end as well. Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

    Cheers!

    Hi Yigit,

I am sorry for bringing this up again, but the site is still not showing correctly for any machine I use (as well as multiple others). Can you please take a deeper look to see what might be causing this? I have tried every hard refresh and clearing of caches that I can. It is also broken on other computers that never visited the site before. I have provided a login in the hidden section here. I appreciate your help!

    Thanks,

    Kevin
