problems with header mega menu

I added following code to Enfold theme options > General Styling > Quick CSS

#top .av-section-tab-title {
    vertical-align: top;
}
.av-tab-section-image {
    margin-bottom: 10px;
}

Just to be clear, tab section images are fixed and long word issue is with mega menu, is that correct?
As you mentioned, titles are a bit long. You could decrease font size using following code in Enfold theme options > General Styling > Quick CSS

#top #header .mega_menu_title a {
    font-size: 14px;
}

Please try this and let us know if you would like to make further adjustments :)

No worries at all. Noroc! :)

I am afraid that would not be easily possible though. I would personally recommend disabling mega menu and using fullwidth sub menu element instead of using both, if that would work.
