    Hey Kriesi-Team,
I have a problem with the google analytics code. already talked to the support of google analytics. the result of tag analysis said 4 errors. I deleted the code in enfold (under google Services). Now i have still 3 errors.
How can i delete the scripts for the Code, before i enter again the code into the site?
You will find all important details in the private Content field.
Thanks a lot in advance for your support.

    Hey Vivian,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

It’s going to take some time before the changes in google services take effect. Please check it again after a few hours or the day after.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    hi Ismael,

unfortunately not.. I changed it 2 days ago, but the errors are still there.. can you have a look, if the “old” tracking code is still in one of the files?

Please help.. thank you so much.
    Regards

    Hi Ismael,
its me again. I talked with google analytics support. They said, the code must be inplemented in the header, not in the body. Where is the code in enfold? Also the error could be because i switched from http to https.
the help of Google Analytics says:
    Missing HTTP Response
Missing HTTP Response denotes that, while the Google Analytics code was detected in the page source, the script itself did not execute. Each time the Google Analytics script executes, we expect an HTTP Response carrying the tracking request to Google’s servers.
This means that the Google Analytics code is not implemented properly on the page and no data will be collected.
Recommended Action: Reinstall the Google Analytics snippet by removing the current iteration, copy a new version from the Analytics interface, and insert that version into the site.

Thanks in advance for your support..
    Regards
    Vivian

    Hey!

I check your code and it seems fine.
We can not know where the problem can be pointed at, because it is a little bit difficult as it is not related to enfold at all.
The best case scenario, is to hire a freelancer who will be able to help you identify the exact issue so you can also be able
    to track your conversions.

    Thanks a lot

    Cheers!
