I already bought enfold plus 1 yr ext. support. I also registered an account on your forum.
I was unable to open a ticket in the forum, because I was unable to find a button to do so. So I have no other chance and I have to cantact you this way.Because of an update of the enfold-API, the process is different noch. Nowadays there is an URL necessary to crreate the token and the naming of the clickable options are a little different.Maybe this is the reason why enfold is unable to verify my purchase.
It would be great if you could provide some support.
I permanentely receive error codes in the backendMaybe you can inspect whats wrong there….

1- Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token. Please also make sure have set all required token permissions

So can we please now start solving my problem? ;)

No worries at all, sorry, I was not aware of the change :)
1- For testing purposes, I selected following – https://imgur.com/a/NCNX3Wh and got confirmation in my local installation. Could you please generate a new token with these checked?
2- This link – https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold#new-post should take you directly to section where you could start new threads. If it still does not work for you, could you try on another browser and see if that makes a difference?

It´s still the same result
last time we tried to check the key, we were unable to connect to Envato.
– no access to purchases
– no access to username
– no access to emailFollowing errors occurred:

Error code clearly says it is related to required tokens. I tried inserting my personal token in your website and was able to validate it.
Could you please double check if you are logged in on Envato with the account you used when purchasing the theme?
It should have worked as long as these tokens are set – https://imgur.com/a/NCNX3Wh so I am guessing maybe it is the wrong account.If it is not, please try deleting your old personal tokens and create a new one.

I granted some more access as suggested and now it works. No idea why this differes so much from your description, but no matter what – only the result is what counts.the only thing what makes ma a little bit angry is the unusable time between the purchase and the full operational state.
No matter what, ticket can be closed ;) Thank you for your support, even when I was a little dim densed ;)
