GuestHi Guys
The new update to the Enfold theme has disabled my options to edit a page. I can go to text option or visual or use the advanced layout builder.

Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps. If it does not, please register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ or login if already registered and share FTP logins here privately as well.
Best regards,

Also I can’t add widgets or extra page navs to the footer area. If you go into menus some of the navs are in red and say that there is a problem. Can you check why this is happening.

Thanks for the update, I see a lot of error messages on the backend of your installation. Are we allowed to disable plugins for testing purposes? Also, did you try to activate the parent theme to see if the problem goes away then?

October 7, 2018 at 6:35 am #1018610Hi Tina,
Thanks for that, I deactivated your Calendarize it! for WordPress plugin and after that the layout builder started working again. I see some error messages on the front end though, was that introduced or did they appear before as well?

RikardOctober 8, 2018 at 11:41 am #1018933They appeared before as well.
