Hello
I am also having problems with blog pagination not working. I have the latest version of Enfold and the latest version of WordPress. When I select another page the first page continues to show.
I have few plugins installed but having read previous posts with the same issue I’ve deactivated them all, retried and put them all back. No change.
I’ve had a look at the php memory limit, no change.
Do you have any more information as to what may be the issue?
Thanks

May 23, 2016 at 3:32 pm #636843Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)If that does not help: There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Best regards,

I already deactivated all the plugins and tried that before I contacted you. So yes, you can deactivate plugins in your check, if you put them back once they’ve been ruled out, as I did.
I have only just installed the Enfold theme on this site, from a fresh download from Themeforest and so it is a brand new install. Do you think I should do that again?
Thanks Jo
May 23, 2016 at 4:05 pm #636882Hi,
yes please, do it again, as I can’t reproduce the issue on my installation and as it works fine for thousands of other customers. Make sure your server does not get cached and ask your host about it.
Best regards,
AndyMay 23, 2016 at 4:32 pm #636926OK, I’ve reinstalled all the FTP files from a new download.
I’ve looked at the site on a private browsing window and it’s not cached.
Unfortunately I still can’t get that particular element to work. There are other similar posts with them same issue here on the support forum. Are you able to tell me how you resolved those?
My host will not assist me with a theme, Please can you tell me if there’s anything specific I should ask them to look at.
Rikard originally asked for my login details so that he could take a look. Is it still possible to do this to see if there’s anything in the layout editor I’ve missed and that’s why it’s not working.
Thanks very much
JoMay 24, 2016 at 12:11 pm #637392Hi,
I’ve forwarded this issue to our developers. Hopefully they can find a solution for it soon. Thanks for making us aware about it and thanks for being patient.
Best regards,
