Hi there again,
really pleased and happy with your theme so far.We had a problem though regarding the Avia Options.
Initially we had a development environment for our pharmaceutical website on developer.svt.comThe development was finished some days ago and we migrated the development site (developer.svt.com) to the production one (svt.com)
The problem started when we decided to change the default language from English version to the Spanish one through WPML after client’s demand. And let me describe a bit; The new default language (spanish version which is under svt.com) is working as expected BUT the second language (english version which is under svt.com/en) was missing many options of the Avia Options Page. We had to go through each option one by one and we had to add the same options on the English site because for some weird reason, Options were not there.
Even after adding them one by one, there were some cases where things were not updated. And let me give you a couple of examples:
1. Header element #header was missing a class ‘av_mobile_menu_tablet’ that is there on the default language (ES)
2. HTML element was missing a class ‘html_mobile_menu_tablet’ that is there on the default language (ES)And really don’t know how many other places were affected :/
Just FYI: The development site uses the previous languages (EN as default and ES as secondary) where the live one uses the new languages (ES as default and EN as secondary) and we need to keep the second option (on the live site)
Another note that we made a couple of adjustments on our custom JS file on the child theme so part of the layout that broke to be fixed -> http://take.ms/fW8o2
These adjustments are in CHILD_THEME/js/custom.js L.113 and L.115Thank you

Thank you for using Enfold.
Go to the Enfold > Import/Export panel of the site with the correct theme options and then click the export button. In the live site, go to the same panel and then re-import the theme options file. I’m not sure why they’re not the same but something went wrong with the site transfer, probably.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 8, 2018 at 4:48 pm #953452Hello Ismael, thanks for your response.
In fact we did and nothing happened. I also went on each option one by one and still got this weird issue not propagating all changes that I configured on the Enfold Options page. Please advice.
UPDATE: Also forgot to mention that Options are working great if default language is changed to English (as it is currently on the developer site -> developer.svt.com and as it was initially on site migration) but only happened when we changes the default language to the Spanish one. SO it is definitely not an issue with a site transfer. Just fyi, we used Backup Buddy for the site migration :)
SECOND UPDATE: Even if Options are exactly identical on both languages, for some reason there are options that are not propagating correctly on the frontend. As an example the 2 classes (one on the HTML element and the second on the body element) that don’t exist and had to add them with JS which is the not right way to do.
Looking forward to your response
Thanks!

May 10, 2018 at 12:44 pm #954513Hi,
What are those css classes? Did you enable the theme’s css and js compression? Please deactivate those options or any other cache and minification plugins temporarily.

Sorry, you were talking to our developer John from Codeable until now.
Apparently all works smooth now, after a few extra customizations done yesterday.I will get back to you if the issues appear again.
Thanks a lot!!
