Hi there,
I’m currently building my new website with your theme that I really like a lot.
Now since today I’m having some problems with the Avia pagebuilder: If editing a content elememnts (e.g. the text element) the bottons for changing styles and inserting dropcaps that I used to know are missing! Furthermore inserting media elements (with the only button that’s left) is not working.
I did all updates yesterday and evrything was fine after that. After reading the forum I deactivated all plugins and flushed browser memory yet the problem still exists.

If you don’t mind, we would like to see the actual website. Did you recently update to WP 3.9? If you did, make sure that you’re running the latest version of the theme which is 2.7.1. If you can provide us with a screenshot of the issue, that will be great. You can use imgur, dropbox, clipular etc to post a screenshot.

the problem is solved!
The simple solution: There was a check-box activated in my author profile saying not to use WYSIYG while editing.
I have no idea weather I activated that by misfortune or if it came with the update. However, I’m glad to have back the WYSIYG and hope my support request did not cause to much trouble at your site.
