    Hello,

    I am new here. For a cleint i am looking to solve a problem with the avia builder in the enfold theme.

    When he opens a page the builder keeps on loading andits not possible to change things.

    I just updated everything so that hast to be allright.

    Is there anyone who can help me with this problem?

    Hi,

    We need to take a closer look at the backend. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
