I have 4 licenses for theme Enfold. But recently I have problems with some of them with the API key. In the beginning everything went well, but recently everytime the key code disappears. Has this something to do with updates? I can’t seem to fix it. It seems that all the licenses have different versions. When I get a update notice, I always update all the websites. May this be the cause this problem? How to solve it?
Is it possible to istall on all the sites the newest version?

Do those projects are been hosted all to the same server?
Do you have different php versions so we can know if it is something server version based?Can you please also clear transients, so we can run the tests:

3 of the sites are in one server, the ones with the API problems.

If those with the issue are on the same server it can be something server related
Can you please check if curl and wp_remote_get are enabled to the server.Thanks a lot

I don’t have problems with other themes and use this only one provider.
May be because the lisences are not propperly activated it why I have some issues with building.
Which is not the case on the one website which does work propperly.
I would very much like to fic this issue soon, because I am about to buy a new lisence…..Also for the same server. But I do have seperated databases.February 17, 2017 at 8:51 am #748275Hi Els,
Can you give us temporary admin access to the 4 sites you listed and also the api key so we can test, ftp access might also help. Also make a backup on it first.

Did you succeed in actions with the API codes?
I want to buy the next license today. But I want to be sure that there will be no more problems.
Though it does looks like the programs is running okay except the lincense key.

I apologize for the delayed response, I’ve checked the 3 sites however I get this:
This site can’t be reached website.com took too long to respond.
For the meantime can you try to update the theme files via ftp, you can find the instruction here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Today I also installed a new one on the website mentioned below. Also the same thing, that there is no green akay sign for the API key.
But it works. I always intall Enfold by FTP. It´s the only way which works for me.

But it seems there have been problems at the hosting and servers. Which should be solved or almost solved.

Everythings seems to work, eccept the API and the WP image layer.Cheers to you as well.

The Enfold is still all working, besides the problem that, as I emntioned, the green ‘check’ is not vissable.
Do you think it’s a problem?A other question is that as I have read on Facebook there will be a new update soon. Cat I just overwrite this all the FTP files? Or should I do it another way? I usually did this by FTP. But I wondered that since the updates the green ‘check’ has gone….

You can find our locations in the following page. Maybe, they can exclude those countries.
If you can’t update the theme from the theme options panel, updating using ftp is fine.

Thanks for the information. I saw that Kreisi is working from several countries. Which one should I ask my hosting to give excess to?
May be even a IP adress?

Yes, that is correct we are a global team and we do support 24/7 so please request your hosting company to grant normal access so our support team can login from anywhere and once the issue is fixed you can change your settings back :)
