Hello,
I’m having a lot of trouble with all changes i’m making like the font. Many times i have to log out to see the changes, on some pages you see, on others no…. I work with safari or chrome, but i keep having trouble and just use so much time as i can’t see what i have done and if it’s right.
I have to do it in three languages and now you have to do the changes for each language????? everything from logo to colors, fonts…eccJune 29, 2018 at 1:20 pm #979350Hey BlueSolution,
Thank you for using Enfold.
The scripts and stylesheets are probably cached or merged. Please go to the Enfold > Performance and disable the css/js compression options. You may also need to disable the cache and minification plugins if they are active.

July 3, 2018 at 4:32 am #980376Hi,
Thanks for the update.
1.) Use the theme’s Custom Font Manager in the Enfold > Import/Export panel. You’ll be able to upload google fonts locally instead of fetching them from Google itself.
2.) Yes, it’s possible. Go to the Enfold > Main Menu panel and then set the “Menu Items for Desktop” to “Display as icon”. Configure the Burger/Mobile Menu style afterwards.

IsmaelJuly 4, 2018 at 5:26 pm #981302i tried the menu for desktop e changing the style, and tried to change the background in the advanced section, but i can’t make a bit trasparent so you keep seeing the page underneath, it always gives me full color.
With the font i’ll try on the next web siteIs it possible that with an old enfold theme, the look will be different from computer to computer? I’m having these kind of problems, making changes, on my computer i see it, on another its different.
July 5, 2018 at 1:08 pm #981573Hi,
Do you mind providing a screenshot of the issue? The menu is not set to “icon” when I checked the site.

There’s going to be a slight difference on various screen resolutions but the overall layout should be the same. Maybe it’s cached?

IsmaelJuly 5, 2018 at 3:44 pm #981639it’s not on icon as i need i for another website that i haven’t started yet, so i used this one as testing. I might come back to you when i start the one where i need the menu as icon in overlay on the whole page.
How can i know if the one where i use enfold is cached, as i don’t have the voice to disattivate merge/cache as i have on the new themes of enfold.
Thank you for your quick response
July 6, 2018 at 7:13 am #981863Hi,
You can do a hard refresh (more info) and make sure that the plugin/browser cache was purged.

Did you try to mute the video? It doesn’t autoplay because of the new google policy.
// https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/09/autoplay-policy-changes#best-practices
Chrome’s autoplay policies are simple:
Muted autoplay is always allowed.
Autoplay with sound is allowed if:
User has interacted with the domain (click, tap, etc.).
On desktop, the user’s Media Engagement Index threshold has been crossed, meaning the user has previously play video with sound.
On mobile, the user has added the site to his or her home screen.
Top frames can delegate autoplay permission to their iframes to allow autoplay with sound.Best regards,
IsmaelDecember 11, 2018 at 2:00 pm #1043755Hi,
I’m having problems with updating the content on some pages. I’m changing the content, clicking update and inside you see the right content, but when i click show page, it keeps having the old content.
Is there anything that i need to disactivate?December 13, 2018 at 6:31 am #1044720Hi,
If you have any additional questions at this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.
Thanks!
Regarding the issue, please make sure that the site is running on Enfold 4.5.1. This update contains Gutenberg compatibility scripts.
Best regards,
