Problems with ALB after update to Wordpress 5.5

Dear Enfold team,

i know you are working as hard as possible to get all your customers happy….especially after those big updates.

I’ve tested a lot of things (mostly concerning to layout) with the updates on a staging site, but NOT if the ALB is working correctly.

After updating i’m not able to edit my pages, add new elements, move something (elements), or edit text content with the ALB anymore…….

Hope you can help me as soon as possible.

I just updated WP and Enfold – now i can not log into the backend – see the “private content” for the details. But it’s to do with what you see below.

Hi Freediver2011,

Thanks for the login details. I see the same problem on my end unfortunately, what happens if you deactivate all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them? I’m running the same version of the theme and WordPress as you are on a local installation, and I’m not having any problems with the Layout Builder.

Good morning everybody,

i’ve solved the problem.

The issue has been triggered through the incompability of the “Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP” plugin with WP 5.5.
This night they have released an update and after that, the layout builder is working again.
