It seems like you are still using the older version 2.6. Please login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold and go to Downloads section to download the latest version 2.9.2 and update the theme via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750
Cheers!
YigitSeptember 8, 2014 at 3:39 pm #315144Hi Yigit,
Right now is in the latest update. It was updated from the 2.6 to the 2.9.2
That is why is very strange what is happening. What I can do?
September 8, 2014 at 3:42 pm #315146Hey!
Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.
Best regards,

September 8, 2014 at 5:40 pm #315221Hi,
I tried at least to change the welcome page into one saying “We are under maintenance” but it doesn’t show it.
Also I tried to install again the lates update 2.9.2 and nothing.
Please Help!!!
I see an error while uploading to the FTP. Maybe is that idk.
September 8, 2014 at 5:56 pm #315237Hey!
Yes, maybe that’s the reason – but we can’t say it for sure without knowing the error message. You can also try to deactivate all plugins – maybe a plugin is incompatible with WP4.0.
Best regards,
PeterSeptember 8, 2014 at 6:12 pm #315256Hi Peter,
Again I de-activated all the plugins and it keeps showing nothing.
Also this is te file that is failing to upload: MKD /var/www/html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/static/scss/.sass-cache/dcdbb31ab373124dcb7a9ab31d24df8e7fe5bbb4
If I updated from 2.6 to 2.9.2, does that matter?
I really need a solution and sorry put if I didn’t updated wordpress and the theme I would now being having this errors.
Thanks and sorry for bothering!!!
September 8, 2014 at 6:16 pm #315261Hey!
When you say that it shows nothing, what isn’t showing and where? When you updated over FTP did you do a full replacement of the entire theme folder?
Cheers!
DevinSeptember 8, 2014 at 7:12 pm #315295Hi Devin,
If you enter to http://www.autogrupopr.com in the home page u will not see the slider and some information, also the youtube videos that I have there. Also in the menu you can only acces 3 tabs from the 7 that I have. The tabs that cannot be accesed are custom, because they are a drop down sub-pages.
Yes I replaced all the folder.
Thanks!!!
September 8, 2014 at 7:59 pm #315318I think I might found the problem, going thru the pages I entered the slider edit page and saw this message: “Server configuration issues detected!
phpQuery, an external library in LayerSlider, have unmet dependencies. It requires PHP5 with the following extensions installed: PHP DOM extension, PHP Multibyte String extension. Please contact with your hosting provider to resolve these dependencies, as it will likely prevent LayerSlider from functioning properly. This issue could result a blank page in slider builder.”Could this be the error?
Thanks!!!
