Hi,
I am unable to update WooCommerce, and it has caused a critical error. Can you please advise? The following is the message I got, and the site is down. Thanks for contacting us!
Could you please create temporary FTP and WP Admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it? :)
Best regards,
YigitJune 15, 2021 at 7:46 pm #1305891Hi, Yigit,
I couldn’t even get into the dashboard yesterday, but I have since gone back to a site backup from a few days ago, so I can login now. This issue was caused when I tried to update the WooCommerce plugin, so if you could help with fixing that, it would be so appreciated! Thank you so much!

Could you please firstly update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.3 and then try updating WooCommerce?
If you would like us to update it, please have a backup and let us know :)Best regards,
Yigit -
