Hey guys,
I am trying to update my clients site from 3.2 to 4.1 and I am getting an error. I have my username and API entered and when I hit update I get the following error. Can you assist? Thanks!

I think you hosting provider would be in a better position to say why that is failing, send the error message to them if would be able to contact them:

Please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and try updating the theme via FTP
