    Hi, I’ve problems updating Enfold by the WordPress Dashboard. I guess the cause are Firewall Settings of my hoster. Can you please tell me the URL he has to whitelist?

    Please try updating the theme via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hey Yigit, thanks. Of course, updating via FTP is always an option, but not so convenient ;-)

    My Hosters Firewall Settings don’t allow outgoing Connections, so if I know to which URL the API key will connect my hoster can whitelist this address. This worked with other suppliers too. Is it possible to give me this URL?
