Problems to update on a regular basis

I renewed my service subscription but the theme will not updated on a regular basis..
The tool that is responsible for updates shows me the settings are correct but the update will not happen. The settings for this toll were not changed.

Revalidation of the key was suggested and the update tool showed me all settings are correct. But the screen shows me like: access to email is not possible, username is not valid, etc.

But the update was fully ok since the first support time was valid. Now I renewed this support time and the errors are always in place. I checked also the purchase ID which is now the same as the first time. The revalidation shows me this purchase ID is ok.
