    Did you also update the theme to version 7.1.3? Please make sure the theme is updated to the latest version, create a test page and then provide the site details in the private field. We’ll take a look.

    We haven’t updated the version.

    We use the edit page and add our own code, but for the past few days the edit page hasn’t been working.

    Should we update the version and then add all the code again?

    We need to resolve a critical communication issue.

    A different person from your team replies every single day, asking for the web access data we have already sent multiple times. This is inefficient and has to stop.

    Please:

    Designate one person to handle this.

    Have your team check the email chain before responding.

    We cannot continue in this cycle.

    Thanks for that. I’m seeing a server error when trying to edit the front page: https://snipboard.io/kBa3ml.jpg. That is not a theme or WordPress error message, so it might be problem with your server. Please try reaching out to your hosting provider first of all to see if they know why the server is responding with that error message. If you should need further help from us, then we would need to see the server error logs.

    Hi, we’ve spoken with the server, which is managed by people we know. The server itself is fine. The issue, as the server guys explained to me, is that your page is consuming all the resources, and they say that’s not normal. They told me to ask you why it’s consuming so much more, to the point of running out of resources.

    The problem that you are having is not reproducible, and no other Enfold users are having the same problem. The server that your site is hosted on is throwing a error, and we asked you to provide us with server logs so that we can find out why. If you cannot provide us with server error logs, then we cannot help you out further.
