Hello – I’m experiencing the same problems as a lot of others with the latest updates. Anything with an animation is not working – logo slider, masonry on projects and news page, testimonial slider, google map on contact page, etc.
Everything is updated to the latest and I’ve cleared cache!April 14, 2016 at 12:06 am #613310same problems here.
i’ve downgraded WP and it works again… though it doesn’t let me get back into admin.
WP tells me this:
“Database Update Required. WordPress has been updated! Before we send you on your way, we have to update your database to the newest version. The database update process may take a little while, so please be patient.”I am worried to do this. What to expect?
April 14, 2016 at 12:11 am #613312I’ve had that before and it was no problem! WordPress just needs to do some adjustments.
April 14, 2016 at 12:34 am #613320:) puhhhh… it worked :)
thx for the confidence boosterApril 14, 2016 at 12:50 am #613323Hi!
Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times. All of your elements work fine on my end. Attached a screenshot in private content field :)
Best regards,
YigitApril 14, 2016 at 12:53 am #613326Yes that page works fine! These pages don’t – see private content – and a few more elements on other pages.
I promise I’ve flushed and refreshed multiple times! :)
April 14, 2016 at 12:56 am #613329Hi!
Please flush browser cache with CMD + Shift + R on Mac and CTRL + Shift + R on Windows. All elements you mention show up on my end. Included screenshots in private content field :)
Best regards,
YigitApril 14, 2016 at 1:08 am #613344Ack, I’m seriously baffled. I’ve flushed my browser cache like you’ve said and still can’t see the elements, I’ve asked coworker and it doesn’t show up on their computer either. I’m relieved you can at least! But now I’m at a loss…
April 14, 2016 at 1:46 am #613378Checked on my computer at home (with flushed cache and hard refresh) and phone and same issues. Why in the world would it be working for you but not me, maybe I just need to give it some more time…
April 14, 2016 at 7:16 pm #614204Same issue for our website… And it seems a lot of people have broken animations. Nothing on our site with animation works, which is a total disaster…
April 14, 2016 at 7:44 pm #614221Same here, have tried all the fixes (everything is upgraded – different browser/computers tested) same results – BROKEN SITE
April 14, 2016 at 7:58 pm #614229I’m glad I’m not the only one – thought I was losing it :P
I’ve downgraded WordPress to 4.4.2 and it all works again for me. Hoping another update will come out eventually that will fix it.April 14, 2016 at 7:59 pm #614231We’re on managed WordPress so we can’t downgrade :-/
April 14, 2016 at 8:42 pm #614247Nevermind…everything has returned to normal. Thanks! – Mark
