Hello
I’ve read the post about problems with Enfold and the updated version of WordPress. I have been affected by the Layerslider thing.
I have also noticed that in the page editor, none of the content shows up. Will uploading 3.5.4 fix this too?

Yes, please update Enfold to the latest version – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
