    My colleague works in the backend and she complains that she can’t load the Advanced Layout Editor – it only shows the rotating waiting sign and will not load. She is quite frustrated. I assume she migt have some sort of blocker for sth, but I have zero knowledge about MacOs and/or Safari.
    Is this a known issue?
    What can we do?

    Its Ok. We just learned how to clear the browser cache and it magicly works now *rollseye*

    Problem persists – wasnt the cache. also the quick fix via wp-config didnt do anything, any help appreciatet, thx

    Hi fabienneRedUmb,

    Can you try to check if there are js errors showing in the console?
    Does it work properly when using Chrome or Firefox?

    Everything works fine with any other browser/OS – its just that combination. how would I access the console from Safari on Mac OS? I have no idea about that and my colleague is a tech noob

    Hi,

    You can see the console by right clicking anywhere on the problem page and select Inspect. If you need further help then please include admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
