    Hi everyone,

    I tried to install the Enfold theme in my wordpress website but everytime i try it seems to fail.
    If i try the automatic way, uploading the theme in my WP dashboard, it keeps on giving the error: “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again”. When i upload the theme via FTP (Filezilla) in the ‘Themes’ map it actually uploads its successfully.. The theme is visible on the Theme overview in my WP dashboard. But after activation the website crashes.

    Im sure that i upload the right Enfold file and that my database has no data limit.
    Im using a new license, so thats cant be the problem.
    I actually created another WP website with this theme in January 16 without any problems, so i don’t understand whats going wrong this time.

    Can anyone help me?!

    Hi KingFilly,

    Please try to log out of WordPress, clear your browser cache, restart and try again. If that doesn’t work then please post admin login details in private and we’ll have a closer look at your installation.

    Thank you for your reply. I tried to install it via another computer and got the same problem.
    see the login credentials in the private content section. Hope you guys can help me out.

    I removed the Enfold file from the FTP, otherwise its impossible to reach the WP dashboard.

    Hi!

    If you would like us to install the theme for you, please post FTP logins here privately as well. Also, please upload the latest version of enfold.zip on your server and tell us where :)
