    Hi

    I am trying to install the theme in wp 5.9.2 I followed the instructions to do it through the WP administrator but it did not work, also by cpanel and by ftp and it did not work either.
    I get this error: There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
    Please I need help, after installing the theme I can’t go back to WP because it only shows me the error…

    Thanks, I tried to login with the credentials given but it doesn’t seem to work, please check.
    FTP credentials work fine though.

    when I activate the theme, the page stops working, I send them what the screen shows…

    Hi,

    The same happens when I try it, but a 500 internal server error does say much about the cause unfortunately. Could you share server error logs with us? I would suggest that you reach out to your hosting provider as well, to see if they can see what is going wrong.
