    Hey Team

    Today I have a problem clicking on tabs in the admin panel; they all redirect to my custom error 404 Page (avia_forced_reroute=1)

    This is new from today, because I created my custom error 404 page some months ago and it has been ok till today.

    Please, may you help me?

    Thanks for the login details. I checked the theme options on your site, and things seems to be working as expected there. Could you try to explain the problem a bit further please?

    Hey @Rikard, thanks for your answer and sorry if I cannot explain better in english :)

    In admin panel, when I switch between tabs on the left, for example clicking on entries, or pages, or media…. a redirect to custom error 404 Page occurs and I am not able to work

    Thanks for the clarification. Does the same problem happen if you turn off the custom 404 page functionality in the theme?

    I have turned off the custom 404 funcionality, everything remains the same and this message appears:

    “Saving didnt work!
    Please reload the page and try again”

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

    Looks like the site contains an older version of the theme (v4.9), which might be the reason for the redirect issue. Please create a site backup or a restore point, then upgrade the theme to version 5.1.1 and WordPress to 6.0.1. After the upgrade, try to temporarily disable the 404 redirect and temporarily turn off the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings, purge the cache afterwards.
