SachaI am currently creating a website via wordpress in which I associate destinations with cultural works or travel guides using the Amazon Associates Link Builder plugin.
My problem is in the Avia formatting tool in the Enfold wordpress theme. When I insert an Amazon link in a block of text: sometimes the thumbnail loads immediately, sometimes I have to do it several times for the changes to take effect.
Another problem when loading pages on the internet. If I choose a country, not all thumbnails are displayed. On the other hand if I refresh the page, they will all be visible quite normal. I want to point out that the problem has occurred on several different computers and that it is not necessarily the same thumbnails that are missing each time.
It should also be pointed out that when I preview my modified worpress page, everything is impeccable.

Text in the Element Preview is only a preview, the text can be saved even if no preview is seen.
No need to “do it several times for the changes to take effect.”

From what I can understand, it can be a lazy load issue.

SachaIt should be noted however that I always had problems recording with the accordion in “destinations” or even when I record the Amazon links. I am sometimes obliged to repeat it several times.

I was referring to the screenshots of the issue you are having, earlier you said you could not post them here for us to see.
I have looked at your site and can’t find where your Amazon links are, can you link directly to a page please.
Your link above looks like a shortcode, are you using a plugin to make or show your Amazon links?
Can you please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look.Best regards,

I wrote everything in my first post. In my page, I’m using Amazon Associates Link Builder plugin and google maps plugin. And that’s those links from the plugin wich doesn’t work.

This is the answear from Amazon :This sounds like a problem with Avia Layout Builder compatibility with its theme. This seems to have a debugging mode, so you should look for “enfold theme avia layout builder debug” or use for example these instructions to enable it: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout -builder-debug / This may help to know what is causing the problem.

I don’t really know how explain you more.
It seems very clear on the 2 screenshots. Sometimes it’s perfect, and sometimes links are missing. It’s on the screenshots, you can compare it.
I just want to understand why ???
I tried doubles quotes as you told me but it doesn’t work better. It’s not a specific links because the probleme is aleatory or random.

Yes, we understand the issue but we can’t reproduce it as you can see on the test page. Please provide the shortcodes that are not working so that we can test it. Or create a test page so that we can see the issue. Also, note that we don’t provide support for third party plugins or shortcodes as stated on our support policy. If possible, please contact the plugin or shortcode author for additional help.
