    Hello,

    A couple of my websites are having problems after I update them to version 4.7.6.4
    At one of the websites the layerslider does not work, I read in another topic that the “Jquery Migrate helper” could help but it didn’t.
    ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ )
    On my website the layerslider totally disappeared and he shows the complete website layout in a very small width.

    On the other website I was using the slider with content with the blog articles in there.
    But after the update to the new version he doesn’t show the slider with content at all.

    Do you have any ideas how I can fix this?

    Hey Janine,

    Please post admin WordPress login details for both sites in private, so that we can have a closer look. Also let us know how and where we can see the problems you are having on the your sites.

    I set the theme back to the old version so you can not see the problem write now.
    On which emailadress can I make an admin?

    Hi Janine,

    Thanks for the update. You can use the email in private, or a private one. Just make sure to post the login details here in private.

    About your problem; we would need to actually see the problem in question to be able to help you out. Would it be ok if we activated the latest version on your site? If not, then please try copying the site to a staging area and update there first, so that we can see the actual problem.

    Hello everybody

    I also have the problem that it no longer shows me some things. I’ve already downgraded to wordpress 5.25 but it didn’t work.

    I then noticed that when I downgrade the Enfold theme it works. Roof I only have a version from 2018 .. So a bit old.

    Is it possible to downgrade to the previous version of Enfold?

    Hi Janine,

    Thanks for that. I’m not sure what is going wrong on your site unfortunately, there are no error messages at all. Could you try to first off update both WordPress and all plugins? If that doesn’t work then please try to disable all plugins, to see if that makes any difference.
