    Hello everyone. I updated the theme. The layout is a mess. I can’t make any changes to the theme. When I try to save thr changes I get “Saving didn’t work. Please reload the page and try again.”
    I changed CHMOD in wp-content and other folders inside from 755 to 775. It didn’t help.

    Hi SlmnB

    First of all, please change CHMOD to wp-content back to the value you had there before. This issue has nothing to do with that in my opinion.
    The best option for now is probably to install the Classic Editor plugin – have you already tried that? Does it solve your problem?

    In addition: Are you already on WordPress 5.0 or not yet?

    Installing classic editor plugin worked perfectly.
    I saw a similar post on the forum. One of the moderators suggested changing the permissions. That’s why I did it. I now changed permissions back to their original value.
