Hi,
after changing theme to Enfold I deinstalled a full version of Layer Slider because of license problems with the former webdesign office that built up the site before. I wouldn’t need it anymore and could have a actual version with every Enfold update – right?
The sliders work fine without any problem but I have some failures shown on the update site in the backend. See it in the private section.
What is this telling me and how can I fix it?Thank you in advance.

You should add the Layer Slider that comes from us, and add the license there.
That should fix the issue.Thank you

January 31, 2018 at 8:52 pm #905802Hi,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Find the Login in the private field.February 1, 2018 at 9:43 pm #906479Hi,
After some googling, I have seen that the plugin ” Simple History ” is creating the issue and the bug with Layer Slide unfortunately.
Best regards,
BasilisFebruary 2, 2018 at 9:12 am #906729Oh my …
thank you very much Basilis. So maybe I should think about another plugin to monitor activity.
We should pin that on to help the next one with this problem. So please close this thread.
