Dear Team,
I hardly try to find a solution for a problem that occurred recently on my page. I use WooCommerce extension to make it possible for people to book meditation courses on our webpage. It all works well until the customers click the booking button on my check out page. Than a new page starts to load, but nothing more happens, its loading and loading and the customer thinks, that the booking went wrong o something does not work with their computer or mobil. But as well the customer and also we get the booking information email.
So I tried hardly to find a place where I can define the check-out page and I also don’t know, why the webpage after clicking the booking button does not load. You can try the process for example by entering one of our English classes on this page for booking (see link below). Please feel free to go through the whole process and just make a note in your booking of test…
I don’t know if the question is placed correct with you (and not WooCommerce) but I always received excellent help from you guys and hope you can help me with this issue as well.

I got to the checkout page, after this is only PayPal. Did you get it working? You can set the checkout page in WooCommerce settings.

thanks for your email. I didn’t change anything and below the private information visible at the Screenshot you did attach, there is the option to choose either Paypal or “ÜBERWEISUNG (individuell)” below. It might not be so obvious, but when I open the link I sent to you and go through to the check out page, I can see and klick this option instead of paypal, which might be the payment option which is set first. Do you think, you can check again? I also attached a screenshot.

The checkout redirects to the paypal payment properly. Is paypal the only payment option that you enabled?

yes PayPal works well. But people can choose another option which enables them to make an individual bank transfer from their bank account. They receive an email with our bank details for this. That is the second method and just here we have the problem, that the page after clicking the booking button doesn’t work. That’s what I tried to describe above in my second post, where I added a screenshot. Victoria than tried this option and wrote about a 500 Error, as you can read. As I am not skilled enough to find out about this error I added our host data in the private section for her to look up the problem.
Maybe you can help further!?
