Problem with your Forum Search

Hi, this is not a pre-sales question, but there is no other way to get hold of you as your Forum Search functionality is giving me a critical website error and I’ve cleared my cache a few times. I’m having an issue with the latest version of Enfold. There’s no Custom Text Block with this version, so all previous CTB entries are broken.

Hi,

Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the late reply. Is this happening on all pages? If not, then it’s likely something in your content which is breaking the layout somehow, like open html markup. I tried copying the header in the 3/5 element into a new Text Block element, and that seems to be working properly. It the problem is only happening on some pages, then you can simply copy the content manually into new Text Block elements.
