Hello
We set up a new site tonight and when we install woocommerce (3.2 or 3.1.2) with Enfold the site back end goes white. If we remove woocommerce and leave Enfold it works fine. If we activate Woocommerce and the Default theme it works fine. If we try to activate both Woocommerce and Enfold we get the white screen (and back end is not accessible).Domain in private content. Please help.
This is our 6th Enfold/Woocom install and this is the first time this has happened.October 12, 2017 at 12:31 pm #863369Hey web6s,
Did you try to increase the memory allocated to PHP on the installation? 256mb should be enough: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

RikardOctober 12, 2017 at 4:13 pm #863510I did try that – the issue remains though.
October 12, 2017 at 4:15 pm #863514It only happens when I try to have Woocommerce and Enfold both active. Any other combination works fine (Woocom and any other theme, Enfold without Woocom).

Ok, did you have a look at the server logs? I can’t reproduce the error on my local installation.
Best regards,
RikardDecember 14, 2017 at 5:41 pm #888995Did you guys get to the bottom of this? I’m having the same issue.
December 14, 2017 at 5:48 pm #889000We did not. I ended up starting fresh with a new install of everything ( a few times) and eventually it worked.
December 14, 2017 at 6:01 pm #889011I just upgraded the site we’re working on to PHP7 and deactivated the security plugins I was using and just got the first successful install.
Thanks for getting back to me though, glad it wasn’t just me!
Cheers
