Hi. I can’t translate the 3 footer widgets.
https://trikego.com/ site in two languages: the first is Italian, the second English. I use WPML
Going to modify the widgets in the English version and saving, from the front end of the Italian version the widgets disappear or are tampered with.
I tried to delete the widgets of the English version from the backend, to make them from scratch, but saving, the ones of the English version are also lost.I had done the backup before and restored it. Could you tell me the solution?
The most drastic would be to eliminate the widgets of the English version with css: is it possible?Access in private
Thanks for your support. Kind regards. Bruno

Thank you for the inquiry.
Did you follow the instructions in the WPML documentation? There are a few ways of translating the widgets. One method requires the String Translation module and another way is to create a widget for each language. Please check the documentation for more info.
