problem with V 2.9.1 – adding a link

hi, I’ve bought Enfold about 6 times now and think its a great template…. I bought it again 2 days ago and installed it via the dashboard (V2.9.1) and am finiding it impossible to add a link in the text window – I go to the icon to add a link and the usual small window comes up behind the text area.. making it impossible to add the link.

I’m thinking of uploading the theme again via FTP this time but don’t want to overwrite my customisations – any idea on how to solve this? or which specific files I should upload to solve the problem and not overwrite customisations.
