    Hello,

    I’m having display problems using thrive pages on my website.

    I have a very ugly text (about cookies policy) below my page when I use thrive pages. You can see that here: https://pprod2.feetintheplate.coach/pa-rythme-durable-146283625/ (sorry about the certificate issue).

    Thrive support tells me that the problem is solved when they deactivate Enfold.

    Please fin below their answer including and a screen sharing showing the issue:

    I logged into your website and checked your Page “PA rythme durable” and I managed to replicate the behavior you described. I switch your Theme to a default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty One and this has fixed the issue:
    https://www.loom.com/share/d1d4a478309d48abaea062174a9fd426

    Considering that everything works properly when a default WordPress Theme is active on your website, I recommend that you contact the support team of your Enfold Theme and let them know about the behavior created caused by their Theme on your website as they know best how the Theme is built and will be able to help you with this issue.

    Our products work well with any Theme that follows the WordPress Codex. This means that your Theme has some custom scripts that conflict with our scripts and unfortunately, this isn’t something we can fix from our end.

    This is very annoying and kind of urgent, could you please help with that?

    Have a nice day!

    Hey carolemeziat,

    I’m getting a 404 error on the page you linked to, where can we see the actual problem on your site?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Sorry I changed the URL in between.

    Could you please have a look quickly?
    It’s been 2 working days without answer from you here in France and I’m waiting for your answer to be able to publish the new version of my website :(.

    Hi,

    Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

    .tve_lp .avia-cookie-consent-wrap {
      display: none;
    }

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hello,
    I just did. It didn’t work.
    What else can I do?
    Thank you,
    Carole

    Hi,

    The Enfold styling is not applying on the page in question, and it doesn’t work in the WordPress customiser either. Please try reaching out to the plugin authors, to see if they can help you out.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hello,

    They told me to put the following code in the custom CSS field in Thrive and it solved the problem.
    .avia-cookie-consent-wrap {
    display: none!important;
    }

    I’ve built a new page with Thrive yesterday and didn’t have the issue, it seems that something changed and that this problem should not occur anymore.

    I must say that I’m very unhappy with your answers’ delay and the level of content of your answers. It’s like you are doing the minimum. I’m paying for this support so I’m expecting answers in less than 36 hours (which never happens) and to get the impression that you are willing to help (and the impression I get is “they look down on me, they just think “oh another non tech guy that bough WordPress and cannot get it on its own””).

    Hello,
    I can’t find where to open a new topic…
    I have an issue with the “repeat” fonction to display images.
    It does makes sense because I’m using a template, and the old articles still display the images the “old way”.
    See by yourself :
    – Old display when using “Repeat” : https://www.pprod.feetintheplate.coach/2021/06/15/lever-la-tete-pour-ne-pas-se-noyer/
    – New display when using the same template : https://www.pprod.feetintheplate.coach/2021/08/18/loutil-qui-a-change-ma-vie/ –> I want the first image to be displayed the same way (small squares repeated on the whole screen width).
    Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. There’s a htaccess login prompt before being able to login to your site, please provide details for that in private as well.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. On the page where it’s working, you are using an image which is 300 pixels high, and the Color Section is the same height. On the page where it’s not working, the image is more than 1000 pixels high. You would need to edit the height of the image, or select a different format when you pick it from the WordPress gallery.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hello,

    Thank you, it works when choosing 300×300 px for the pictures.

    Have a nice day,
