I’m writing because off some issues related to the Enfold Theme. In the following lines I’ll specify the problems we found:

    1. We can’t access the homepage due to a fatal error related to the theme, how is it possible to fix it?

    2. We noticed that the website is about 800MB big, but in the folder called “dynamic_avia” there are over 600MB occupied by files, but we don’t know where they come from.
Is it possible to erase them without causing any problems to the website? And is it possible to stop this increasing amount of files in that folder?
How can we fix this issue?

    3. We also noticed that there are some issues related to the latest updates, which we often don’t see on the site especially on the main English pages. We contacted WPML support and they say it’s a theme issue

    Thanks a lot

    Hey massimo_mocilnik,
Thank you for your patience the issues you post about above all sound like issues from an old version of Enfold, WordPress, PHP, so please ensure that you are using:
    Enfold v4.8.2
    WordPress v5.7.1
    PHP v7.4
    Then disable all other plugins.
As for the homepage fatal error, we would need more info.
As for the 600MB dynamic_avia folder, first disable the options Enfold Theme Options > Performance > JS & CSS file merging and compression then at the bottom of the same option page enable Enfold Theme Options > Performance > Delete old CSS and JS files then save and reload the frontend a few times for it to try to remove the files and then check again.
you can then delete any files like:

    avia-merged-styles-386a4ca6ee9936c386d43fef6809eaa6---6082a4f5e97d9.css
    avia-footer-scripts-31f47fe59f4817f8f41aae59e68fa954---606c2a088d948.js

    but save enfold.css or enfold_child.css
For further questions we will need admin access to the site.

    Best regards,
    Mike
