Hi there!
This is really urgent, as our website is NOT working properly.
After the new update from this week, there is the logo in the header and the menue bar going into the content.

When I add new pictures with links, there is no longer on mouse over a box shadow (green transparent button with white arrow) as standard animation? Can you help me with that?

You don’t have permission to access / on this server.”Can you please update the theme once again and let us know so we can see the issues? Alternatively, you can create a testing environment by referring to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and post login credentials to that site so we can inspect the issues there :)

YigitSorry Yigit to come back on the update problem so late, but I had to do urgent graphics works!
I have downloaded the installable WP file for ENFOLD and had it unpacked and saved.
BUT: I received an error message in german translated into english as follows:
“The archive could not be opened. It could be corrupted”
So there is something wrong with the file?!
My intention was it to update the theme via FTP as it did not work properly via WP Installation, but I stopped it.
Please advice if there could be something wrong. If you need any further I am at your serviceThank you in advance and best regards

No, we can confirm that file you freshly downloaded from ThemeForest is not corrupted. Please try updating the theme via FTP – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ :)

I have updated the theme via FTP succesfully, but now when I return to wordpress I have a message for the theme update in saying:
“Update Available!
A new Version (4.0.7) of your Parent Theme (Enfold) is available! You are using Version 4.0.2.
Do you want to update?”Please advice, what could have gone wrong or should I ignore this message?

Hi Gerhard,
That means that the theme files were not updated to the latest version, either because you used an old version or that you uploaded the files to wrong location for instance. What exactly is not working when trying to update the theme from WordPress? Maybe you could try updating via FTP again?

I cannot verify if the download is the latest version. I log in to my envato account, download the installable wordpress file only. Unzip it and then transfer it in the same file and replace the existing files via filezilla. Filezilla asked me if I want to replace these files, and I did. But it obviously did not work?!Here are the data for the download zipfile, maybe you can identify this as the right and actual file. I do have my doubts, maybe it is the old file:
themeforest-4519990-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme-wordpress-theme, zipped file 12.656 KB.
Please find below also my envato account data to log in and see if this is the right version to be downloaded and updated.
When I go to my WP-Installation and I opne up dashboard I do NOT see the theme update in my child theme as it should, but only in the parent theme enfold.
When I did the update via WP a few weeks ago, it crashed the header area, as it went far below into the content.

Hi!
I went to Appearance > Themes and click “update” on parent theme and that worked. Header was broken as you mentioned, i went to Enfold theme options > Header > Extra Elements and corrected your HTML in “Phone Number or small info text” and that helped. Please review your website now :)

So it was the HTML I added, which was not “clean”.
