    I have a problem with the Advanced Layerslider on my homepage. I changed some texts on the slider and saved. The result was that the slide’s images and information were gone.
    I tried to create a new slider and the problem persisted, meaning that after I saved it, all the information and images were gone.
    I deactivated all my plug-ins and the problem continue.
    Do you have any idea what could be happening?

    there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

    Hi Andy,
    I deleted all the theme files (not the child theme) and installed a fresh copy. The problem is still the same. The advanced layerslider is not working and I can not create new sliders. Any other suggestion?

    Hi!

    The codemirror.js file is giving me a 404. The LayerSlider needs that. Send us a FTP login so we can take a closer look.

    Hey!

    Well it looks like it’s trying to grab codemirror with this URL.

    /enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/static/%20codemirror/lib/codemirror.js?ver=5.6.2

    You can see the %20 being inserted in there. Not sure why that would be happening.

    Try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.

    Hi

    This is a bug of Layerslider actually, as when it tries to enqueue Codemirror.js it has an extra space and this leads to an 403 error.

    Have reported the issue to layerslider and they will most probably release an update.
    After, we will also include it.

    Hi Ismael,

    I updated to the last version of Enfold (3.5). I can save and preview the slider but it doesn’t work when I include it in the front page. Any suggestion? Please see above for my login and password.

    It’s showing fine on my end, please try to clear your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps. You could also try a different browser or machine.
