    Hey, I created a new portfolio item and was able to go in and design in, change things around etc. Something Happened. Now when I go to the portfolio item from the backend, I can see the text element with all of my text in there, but when I click on it to edit the element, it come’s up empty with the beginning prompt to “Click here to add your own text”.

    Where is the lapse from seeing text content in the element, but when I click to edit, it’s gone?

    All other portfolio items are fine and there is no problem there. It is only the portfolio item labeled What is desire Mapping.

    Hey Courtneyrbrown,

    Thanks for the login details, I’m not sure what going wrong there unfortunately, but it’s likely due to open html markup which tends to break the layout builder. Could you try to recreate the content using builder elements as much as possible, instead of placing everything within one text block maybe?

    I am sorry, but I have no idea what you mean.

    What else would I use other than a text element??

    Hi Courtney,

    I was going to suggest that you use Special Heading elements for your headers, but I can see that you have already done so. Is it working better now or are you still having problems? If you are you could try to add several text blocks, it makes it easier to spot any problems or open markup like I mentioned earlier.
