Hi,
I’m having big problems with your easy sliders – 1) full screen slider and the 2) full width easy slider1) full screen slider – it’s fine when I preview it but as soon as I move away from the page and back again the arrow controls disappear and the slider sticks – and no automatic transition onto the next sliders.
I’ve stripped out everything else on the page that may be conflicting so it’s only the slider.
I’ve updated wordpress and am using WordPress 4.7.3.
I’m updated my theme – You are running the latest version! (4.0.3)
I’ve un plugged all my plugins and reactivated them one by one.as I was still getting the problem I’ve made another page using the full width easy slider
2) full width easy slider – it’s fine when I preview it but as soon as I move away from the page and back again the slider completely disappears.1. http://skywatcheraustralia.com.au/testsite/home-test-fullscreen-slider/
2. http://skywatcheraustralia.com.au/testsite/home-test-fullwidth-easy-slider/I’ve also started putting together a layerslider animation but its totally over the top for the simple slide transisitions I need – plus the interface has totally changed since I last used it and is so unintuitive now.
Help please!
thanks

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,
AndyApril 12, 2017 at 6:51 am #776474Hello, we have already tried to deactivate ALL plugins and the result is the same. After a bit more experimenting i have found that the issue is caused by the slider button. The moment i try to add a single button to one of the slides the whole thing freezes up and becomes a still image. If i remove the button the slider is still broken and the whole thing needs to be remade. I have tried remaking the entire slider with all plugins turned off, and again it works until i add a button.
What could be causing the button to break the slider?

April 14, 2017 at 1:19 pm #777801Hi,
about which button are you talking about? cause I can’t see any issues on the link you’ve provided at all. Everything seems to work fine for me. Can you provide screenshots to highlight what you mean please? please use imgur.com or dropbox for example.
Deactivate your child theme and activate default Enfold theme, to check if you can still have the same problem or not and let us know about your results. So basically remove all kind of customizations you’ve done so far (also Quick CSS, functions.php, etc.), to check which one is causing this issue. Keep all plugins deactivated while testing.
Best regards,
