    Hi Krisi Team,
    I have a problem with the Side show full width. It doesn’t appear on chrome, firefox and just by time to time on safari.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, though the login details are not working. Could you check and verify please?

    You could try to disable all features under Enfold->Performance, as that might the problem in your case.

    disabled all features.
    Looks like its working now on Chrome and firefox.
    Is that the solution?

    Hi,

    If disabling those features works then yes, that would be the solution. You could experiment with what works and what doesn’t on your particular site. You also might have to use an optimisation plugin instead to see if you have better luck with a solution like that.
