    I’m running a website using a child theme of Enfold 4.7.6.4

    WooCommerce version: 4.6.1
    WordPress version: 5.5.1
    PHP version: 7.3.23

    I have just done the latest update of Woocommerce and Enfold. Now, when I try and issue a partial refund to any of my customers, I can the error message that states:

    Remote ID for Parent Order not found.

    And the order doesn’t reflect the refund.

    However, on the payment portal (I use Stripe, the refund or partial refund has been issued back to the credit card). So that part of the system is working fine.

    This has only happened since the most recent update. Can you please investigate and advise of a solution.

    We are sorry for the late reply!

    I believe this is the first time we have received such report. Since it is not something we can easily to replicate on our installations, could you please temporarily switch to one of the default themes and check if issue persists?
    Also, have you contacted WooCommerce support? They might have better insight on what could be causing the issue.

    There’s just been another update to Woocommerce which seems to solved the issue but thank you anyway.
