    Hi,

    I have updated my wordpress to 4.3.3 and since then i have lost all my images in porfolio pages, galleries and easy sliders.

    I maked a fresh copy from my themeforest account via FTP but it doesn’t work…

    Can someone help me? Thanks!

    Hi lauramatthys!

    We are working on your ticket please wait while we update the results here soon.

    We deactivated the plugin/extension to check for the issue and everything works fine.

    To find the plugin in conflict please follow the below steps

    1. Goto plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
    4. Make sure the plugins are all updated
